CX510DE false paper missing (empty tray) or paper jam error

Hi everyone, as specified in the subject I'm facing with these two errors every time I send a print: as first appears paper missing error so I open and close the tray; then as second appears paper jam error and I simply press end on the panel and finally the printer does it job.

Any idea? thank you very much

Have you checked your pick up rollers? Might want to turn them inside out and see if that helps.
