DCP-7065DN Falsely reports jam

Worked great, then suddenly the printer started reporting a jam after every single page. It prints one page, then reports the jam. I open the front cover, remove the toner/drum assembly, pop it back it with some gusto, cancel the print job, print the next page. It occasionally does have a page jammed, but the vast majority of the time there is no jam. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
