DCP-7065DN - Prints Multiple Copies

I just installed this printer at my boss's house and she says that on almost every job, it prints out many copies of the same job (like all the paper in the machine).

What could be causing that?

What does it say in Printer Properties for the printer? In Print Properties for the program she is printing from? Check how many copies are set to print.
