I have such trouble on my HP laser jet 1020 printer:
Trouble is like that, sometimes works sometimes does not.
I installed windows 7 32bit on my PC, after i download a compatible drivers of that printers from its manufacturer site for windows 7 32bit, i also download HP diagnostic utilities.
I installed it and after i tested it and it worked. i printed some documents and everything was fine.
another day when i tried to print nothing. i tried that hp utility to fix that problem and when it finished fixing i push test print but nothing , only the printer's lamp was bleeping nothing more.
what is problem?
Can anyone help me please?
