TSC TTP-244CE Label Printer printing blank strip

We have several TSC TTP-244CE Label Printers. One of them is printing a (blank strip) down the label on each print job. (see attached image)

I've tried cleaning the printhead etc but nothing seems to fix it.

Has anyone ever seen this before?

Thank you for the feedback. We're fairly sure that this printer (or at least the printhead) needs to be replaced. I'm still gathering info on this and have ongoing correspondence with TSC support.

If anyone has suggestions or opinions, please, what do you think?

The folks at TSC tech support are implying that they've never seen this issue before. They asked for a picture of the printhead.

As you can see (see pics below) the printhead looks intact and has no visible damage
