Urgent Lexmark Create a Printer Driver Profile

I am using Lexmark Universal PS Print Driver 1.6.2. I wish to lock down the driver to have the following

Install Options

Base Printer

Also set

Form to Tray Assignment
Manual Paper A4
Manual Envelope A4

I like to do this during the installation process as I have many printers to create
