I have just installed my new HL-2135W printer. 
When I attempted to copy the "UserGuide" via the installer window (as directed by the Brother wizard) the result was a download ...
When I ran the EXE file all I got was a msgbox "Cannot find 'setup.ini' file"
Tried again -- same result -- by now a lot of windows still open after printer install.

Under the mire of windows (in WinExplorer) I found a PDF file ...
strange title for a "user-help" file ???
Opened the PDF... the PDF file is "Secured"
I want to be able to hilite pertinent sections of the PDF + create bookmarks on the PDF.
Trawling thru a PDF file is a time waster to revisit a section.
Why is this User Manual locked up ?
On my WinXP machine I managed to open a "enter password" dialog.
Telephone support in Australia is a veryyyyy loooong waiiiit. I gave up waiting after 28 minutes.
