Weird issue with Epson XP970 and straight lines

Help! Started to have a really weird issue where if printing a horizontal line or text it prints perfectly straight at the top of the page but the bottom is always 1mm wonky! What on earth could be causing this issue?! For examplethis border I printed is 1mm closer to the edge of the paper in the second photo.
