Wondering if anyone has a solution to this issue.
Note...also posted in the printer repair section.
I have an Epson WF-3530 showing an error code of 0x9D on the display screen asking to turn off and on again. The printer is on a wireless network and can be seen by all devices on the network. On powering up, the machine goes through a length set-up before stopping, beeping and displaying the message
"Printer error. Turn off and On Again. For details see documentation. Error code 0x9D".
From the laptops the Epson portal shows an Error code of " Communication Error 9D"
We've replaced the ink cartridges, cleaned the contacts and I've also cleaned the contacts on the waste dump.
When the ink cartridge needs replacing, the printer does allow the cartridge to be changed. It then goes through an 'ink set up' routine before displaying the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.
