i have me a cannon ip1800 pixma printer...my problem is that it would not print no more..
ever time i try to print i get a service error 600..after i notice that the green an orange light keeps blinking one after the other.....i open the cover on the printer to change the ink thinking that may be the problem but when i open the cover i notice that the ink cartridge don't slide to the left like how it usually does it just stays there..i tried using the printer resetter tool and followed the instructions on how to use it but when i run the tool it just stays there saying wait a moment an nothing happens after about 10 minutes of waiting it just stays that way....
can anyone tell me what is wrong with my printer.
