I want to make prints of my latest graphite drawing, so I took the file to my local print shop and just picked them up to find them being very purple and blue (It’s not letting me attach photos but I can send them another way if need be.) They use a Canon 4100S. The file is in black and white but is clearly not as cold and saturated as how it printed. The paper is Epson Enhanced Matte. Any ideas on how I can fix this on my end or how they could fix it?? appreciate it!
