I installed my new Stylus Photo R2000 today and soon had it up and running with a USB connection to my computer. As I am running Mac OS 10.8.2 I did not use the supplied disc to install the driver, etc. but downloaded the Mountain Lion-compatible driver from Apple.
When I came to set up the WiFi connection I downloaded EpsonNet Config 3.8.0. I could not get this application to work. The "Configuration" and "Launch Browser" buttons remained greyed out, as did the File > Open/Launch Browser menu items.
My router is working fine - I have several devices currently linked to it and the printer is barely a metre away.
Can someone please help?
