Word 2010 printing problem

Hi guys,
i,ve made an A4 letterhead for a friend who works for a care home and i cant seem to get the settings right when it prints,
in the print preview it looks like its correct but when i print it the design i made it prints over to the right of the page, its only by a tiny bit but enough to make it look unprofessional,
does anyone know how to correct this or better still is there anyone out there whos good with word that i could email this letterhead to and maybe change the settings on the design for me so it print correctly?,

I,m a bit stumped with this now so any help would be great.

The header margin is maybe too high, the default is 0.5″ so maybe you need to change this. Or perhaps it is some similar problem with the spacing settings.
