Xerox 5322 help please

I need some help please, my uncle bought a used Xerox 5322 at a government auction and he broke something inside of the machine when he tried to replace the cartridge. He lives near a little place called Berry Creek, in north central California, and he asked me to find a service manual for it. I am in Alberta, Canada and so far I have contacted both Canadian and US technical support with Xerox and have been told that these manuals are not available. Is there a website I can go to and download a manual, so far I have not been able to find one. I would like to find both owners and service manuals for this machine
