Xerox 6280 116-324 Error

Hello Friends,

My Xerox Phaser 6280 printer is reporting a 116-324 error. How can I resolve this issue? Please help.

Disconnect the ethernet cable and use only the USB port connection.

Hey! I had the same issue with my Phaser 6280, the 116-324 error usually means a corrupt print job. Just turn off the printer, unplug it for a minute, then clear the print queue on your computer before turning it back on. That fixed it for me. Hope it helps!
