Xerox 6600

We have had a few Xerox 6600s with a "insert Yellow Cartridge" message. We have tried new toner, new drum ,MCU board,
IP board and yellow dispenser. Any ideas? thanks

Press and hold 2 and 8 while powering on in order to enter service mode, then factory reset the printer, maybe error will go away
