I am new to this forum. I have a Xerox C70 Printer with a collater/finisher with a square fold trimmer attached. I am having lots of issues making up booklets ( 15 pages A3 80gsm and a cover a3 120gsm ) as the buffers cannot line up the paper in the collator so when the booklets finally come out of the square fold trimmer they are not lining up at the top or the bottom. I also have a Duplo DBM-120 and 120T manual collator that is far superior but I use the C70 for bulk work. I now have to trim each book manually top and bottom on my guillotine which defeats the automation advantages of the C70.
Does anyone else know of such C70 issues?
