XM3150 Fax Issue

I have tried multiple times over the past 2 weeks to fax to a specific destination from my printer here at work. I constantly get the "no answer" fax failed message.

In terms of troubleshooting:

1. Co-workers are able to use the same printer to fax to different numbers without issue.
2. I called the fax recipient and verified her machine is receiving faxes from other places just fine.
3. I have been faxing to the number in question for years without issue.
4. The number is programmed into the machine so there is no mistake in the destination when trying to fax.
5. I verified the fax number as the correct destination and that it was listed in the printer correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
