XP-442 Epson scan don't see the pc connection.

A new Epson xp-442 print ok, so the connection with pc is ok,
BUT the printer and the scan software both say : No connection with pc.

How can I delete this wrong message or bypass it?

Identify operating system (Windows 10, or 9 or 7 or Mac).
Identify computer
Identify printer connection (USB or Wireless)
Did you install printer with Epson install CD or install downloaded printer driver

Thank for your questions.
I install with CD by hand (no aut start)
Now I reinstall by install prg on CD. This has option download new software. Now the problem has been solved.
