xp-605 error code 0x45

I would like help to fix the error code 0x45 on my Epson XP-605.The printer screen message is "switch off and on again" but the printer makes a continuous mechanical noise until it is switched off. The printer has recently been transported in its original packaging due to a house move and this problem occurred when the printer was set up again.
