XP-960 how to get true 1:1 print?

I have the XP-960 large format printer. I want to print images of the actual size as on the file.
I have tried all sorts of settings on the printer, but I get every image size except 1:1 of the image.
Could some kind person tell me what I must set to get my image centered on the page, and the exact size of the file image?
