It is set on gray scale but when I click to print and the window on the left pops up to choose how many pages to print and such when I go down and choose black and white only it misses print badly almost like the heads need cleaning but they don't. I have cleaned the heads multiple times and the dots are all there. If I go back and click on color, it will print fine and the ink cartridges are full. I like the printer but if I can;t fix this I am going to have to get rid of it. I have tried to fix this over and over and have done updates and also firmware updates. Anyone know what is wrong?
