I'm trying to print to Novotech Gloss Antalis 170gsm from the Fiery media library on my Ricoh Pro 5100s. I've added it in my custom papers and it appears on my custom papers list, but it's greyed out whenever I try to specify that as the paper in tray 2 or 3. If I try to specify it as the paper for the bypass try it lets me add it no problem, and print to it with ease.
Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong, or what settings I need to change? Can happily provide more info if needed. Thanks in advance for any advice.
