Aficio MP C4502 - MacOS

I have a Aficio MP C4502 and we make the impressions by internal network

The version of MacOS is Monterrey 12.5, I have installed the official drivers from the Ricoh website, I have configured the printer by ip connection (LPD) in MacOS.

The printer is added without problems and is able to send documents and communicate with it, but it does not print.

When I access the print history of my Ricoh, all the prints we make from MacOS appear as "Canceled".

What could be happening? I don't understand.
