Black spots and short horizontal lines. OKI C831

Hi, I have a problem with OKI C831, there are black spots and short lines when printing black. No cleaning or calibrations or other functions from printer menu helped. What can cause such a problem? Changing toner doesn't work eigher. I attached a sample page:
