hi my priter was working ok before
since recently it prints a blue line one inch at right
plus the machine tells me 10.002 supply error
when i look at the cartridge, i see that no 6002 is yellow surprise
how to fix those problems?
also i tried to remove all colr cartriges to print in black and white but the message still is 10.002
