BROTHER HL 3040 CW DRUM REPLACEMENT

I have replaced the drums on the above printer. I have reset each one and got the accepted message. I keep getting asked to slide the green tab on each drum. I've done it 20 times now. I've checked the life of each drum and it says 100% on each one. I've switched it off and on again a couple of times. Any ideas how I can get past this? Thanks in advance.

So sorry everybody but my title should read HL 3140 CW!!!!!!!

I turned it off all night and it asked me to slide the tabs one more time and then cleared itself!
