Brother HL-L2340DW Paper Feed Error During Two-Sided Printing

May 13, 2019

When I print two sided, paper does not feed correctly for the second side of each pair (which appears to be printed first). This feed error causes the image to appear too high on the page by about 1/2 inch and thus be cut off.

Problem is intermittent...but happens about 75% of the time.

I've tried jiggling and fluffing the paper first...flipping the paper over in the feed tray. Nothing seems to work.

Problem does not seem to occur when printing 1-sided, nor ever on the first side of the sheet.

Any suggestions on a fix?
