I heard that Brother MFCL2700DW Mono Laser All-In-One Printer
has a really easy to replace fuser/toner cartridge. Anybody know about this, or how I can find out?
How can I know which Brother models have this feature?
The Brother printers use separate toner cartridges (labeled TN-xxx) and drums (labeled DR-xxx). The two easily come out of the printer together and you need only insert the new toner into the old drum. The drum will last through many toner cartridges. The fuser is what melts the toner onto the paper and is generally not user replaceable. If it fails out of warranty just buy a new printer.
