Brother laser printer won't connect wirelessly

I have the Brother HLL2395 and it doesn't want to connect to my new mesh wireless network. I am actually using the A and B printer cable and when the install
the software to the PC it say disconnect the cable and the process just stops. can't see a way to post a pic.
Any ideas?

I recently added a mesh network (router and point) and cannot now print to my Epson et2710. You realise I presume that the mesh network is a separate network, to which the printer has to be joined. I don't know if this is any help but the problem is driving me crazy!
