Until now, an extremely reliable machine.
It is now showing the error message UNABLE TO CLEAN. SEE TROUBLESHOOTING & MAINTENANCE CHAPTER IN USER'S GUIDE.
I have tried everything I know, including the actions suggested in the User's Guide. I have also ensure all the ink cartridges are full.
Any suggestions ?
