I'm crippled and I have the hardest time finding help for these tech devices. I had a brain tumor and I'm still trying to work however hard that may be (and it's hard since I was a brainiac before). The printer receives data and fades. I have only two talents left, that's my writing increasingly difficult because my vocabulary is down, was left slightly dyslexic and hand surgery makes it difficult to type. I'm 62 and in bad shape. I'm trying to move but I'm by myself with no support. I'm on a fixed income and this crummy place takes half. Enuf complainin.' I don't even know what to upload anymore (the fresh install of Win 7 Home didn't help matters).
