Brother MFC-J430W not printing cyan

My Brother MFC-J430W will not print cyan.

So far I have:

1. Switched out cyan cartridges (using genuine Brother Innobella ink)
   
2. ran the cleaning option from the printer's menu several times
   
3. cleaned inside printer in accordance with manual

Still, every time I run a test print, all I get is this:

I'm at my wit's end with this thing, not sure where or what to clean. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated! Thanks.

I think the cyan print head might be clogged already.
