Brother MFC-J480DW stuck (4 white stripes on screen)

Hi,

My dad loves ruin everything he touches.
He tried using the Fax, but since he has no English, he made it stuck (attached).

Now I have to fix it ):

The issue: the printer stuck (screen) with 4 white stripes. I think he did kind of firmware that was stuck somehow


I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY SUPPORT HERE - THANK YOU ALL

** i'm very technical so shoot me anything you can imagine
