Hi all
I upgraded my printer from the 5910 to 6520 as it is an A3 scanner.
The PreScan option is disabled not only in the ControlCenter, but also in Photoshop, and Windows scanner. If I change back to 5910, the option is enabled.
I spoke to brother and they said that it is not a printer problem but a registry problem. I do find this strange as the same control center deals with both scanners. No problem. I took a laptop from work and installed the new printer.
