I have configured in my Brother MFC-L3710CW printer the option to scan and send to a network folder, the problem is that sometimes it scans well and other times it does not and I get a message where it says to go to the web page.
Also, when I turn off the laptop and turn it back on, it disconfigures and the printer appears offline, when I delete it and add it again it does not appear in printers when it searches for nearby devices or when I add the IP, so I have to restart the printer or simply retype the password of my network.
What is the cause of this problem?
