Greetings all,
New to the forum... So I have a Brother MFC-L3770cdw. I started receiving a message stating "Remove Jammed paper from MP Tray". However, I've opened up the MP and pulled out just about every part that is freely removable and can't seem to find any jammed paper or paper pieces. When the printer is starting up and doing it's typical startup process, it does give a strange turning sound from the front area.
Can someone give me some insight as to what I can do to troubleshoot and fix this problem? Thanks!
