Brother software installation

Good Morning

I recently acquired a Brother DCPL3550CDW printer that I was able to install via the USB cable.

But, I am not able to install the Brother software to have a complete installation on the laptop.

When I try to run the installation software (by double clicking), it does not run to complete the installation.

My operating system is Windows 11.

I will be waiting for your advice.

Follow the steps below to install the driver.

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click Hardware and Sound => Devices and Printers.
3. Click Add a printer.
4. Select the model name and click Next.
5. When the following window appears, select Brother from the Manufacturer list.
6. Select the model name and click Next.
