I have been trying to fix one of these as it currently doesn't seem to want to be registered or found on a network. I have been looking through the manuals and on the setup of it (when first booted) it has all the network options i would need to reconfigure it, but when I go into the system at the moment on the printer it only has SNTP settings and not the settings I want for it, like allocating IPs etc. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to reset the built in PC unit on the side of the printer so that I can reconfigure it onto the network?
The drivers and the software all work fine, it is just they cant seem to be able to find the machine on the network in the first place. It is currently going through a Switch then to a modem/router as well if that is information of any use.
