Canon MG5750 - Every 1cm the lines are printed smeared

The best way to shoe you the problem are the following pictures:

that's the printed one.

I've already cleaned the printer head and the ink nozzles. Also the head adjustment has been checked and corrected.

I hope someone can help me.

The pigment black nozzles are defective. You will need a replacement print head. Call Canon and ask for a replacement print head. Alternatively, you can switch to photo paper mode, which will use the narrower black ink tank and a different set of nozzles. Photo paper mode does use too much ink for plain paper, but that can be accommodated for by lightening the colors in the document.
