Hi. I used an MG5750 for over two years and never had any bother with it until the day it died. So I ordered another one which duly arrived, set it up, tested the copy function and the colours were appalling. I returned it for a replacement which I collected today and the copy function results are exactly the same. The scan result is considerably better but by no means perfect. I'm wondering if Canon have changed something in their printers or if I'm just unlucky. I'd be interested to know if others are having the same problem. I've attached photos of the scan, a copy using std quality print setting & copy using high quality setting.
