Canon ImageRunner Advance DX3835i - adjust paper position

Does anyone know if a service man can adjust the image position on the paper so that the image is exactly centered? This is a problem when printing documents that will be folded and saddle stitched (and many other issues).

My friend who owns the Canon printer lives FAR away from the nearest service man, so if there is something in the "Settings" that adjusts the position of the image on the paper--which is accessible only to a service man--we would greatly appreciate having the "secret code" to enter service mode.
