Canon iP110 not printing colour

Hello,

My iP110 will not print colour at all. I've replaced the cartridge with a brand new Canon one, and still nothing. I've gone through all the settings etc. Whenever I print something in colour, only the black part is printed. Have any of you had a similar issue before, and knows how to fix this?

When I run the "Print Head Alignment" it only prints PGBK.

My printer is running firmware 4.0

Hi,
I am not sure if you have fixed the problem yet but if you have a look at the printer preferences just make sure the greyscale button has been deselected.
