Canon iR8500 Windows 7

Drivers:CAN PCL6_v14.00_INF_x64 Unable to get the Hole Punch feature to work, the option is grey out.

We have used PCL5e-c_v14.00_INF_x64 drivers and the Hole Punch options works fine, but we have had issues printing from Excel and the PCL6_v14.00_INF_x64 drivers have corrected that issue, but unable to get the Hole Punch options to work.
