I have an image class mf8180c recently put in New cartridges printer now displays to insert M cartridge insert Y cartridge so on so forth I tried to re-install the old ones and it still wants me to install Y M C K cartridges . 2 part question
1-does someone know the master reset code for this printer?
2-any ideas why it displays insert cartridges
