I have the above but no CD , it has not been used, as I purchased it for daughter, but she could not use it. Been standing for some years. I now need a basic printer and can't purchase one due to covid. I'm trying everything suggested on line, to get it going just as a basic printer. But its showing errors, but they are false errors. No jammed paper. Ink cartridges clean and flowing. Not wanting to use WiFi. Tried to download the CD on the Canon site, but it wont and the site has no other info that has solved the problem. Nothing could be worn out, as its had no use. Any help?
