Canon MG3600 Series

I replaced the original cartridge that came with the printer. I got the 240 XXL Black. It is the one the sales person sold to me. And I keep getting the Low Ink Message, When I replaced it the original, I notice that it was 240 Black without the XXL.
That could be the problem or there is a way to fix it?

XXL simply means Xtra Xtra Large.
Meaning you get many more pages of print from the large cartridge
Be sure you use OEM Canon cartridges.

So why do you think, I still get the Low toner or low ink message? It is the right cartridge.
