Hello
I have a problem and I can not print or scan because it shows an error "u051 check ink blk". I have a toner cartridge but I know that it can remove this message. I tried my hand in different tutorials, etc. I entered Factory mode 1 once and tried something but it did not work out because the error is still there (but I was able to print a card there). When you try to enter again, the message shows: factory mode 1 but the exclamation mark is still blinking. What to do?
PS: And I'll add that the printer is working well. Today, when we turned on this mode, factory mode 1 even printed a card that worked.
