I was in the process of printing a document and realised that I didn't need 25 copies after all, so cancelled the job by clicking cancel on the dialogue box. The printer stopped printing mid copy which is when I panicked and tried to pull the sheet through. Stupid I know! I subsequently found that the sheet was ejected automatically when I started a new print operation. However, since then the dialogue box always reverts to the original operation but just sticks on it.
I have tried turning turning everything off and starting again but it didn't help. Please can someone advise me if there is anything I can do or if I need to get it seen to. Thank-you.
