I just got a Canon MP250 from ebay and it's working well but I have a question about using it.
When I scan a document, it opens a window and shows two results from the scanning, and I can select a jpeg and.or a pdf and that seems the two choices I have for saving the scanned doc.
When I tried to copy paste the text from the pdf file into notepad or wordpad it give funny characters, no legible text
How do I scan an all-text page and then have it saved to desktop as a notepad or wordpad file so I can alter/add/subtract from the text ? Thanks
